MARKET REGULATIONS

• Limited Spaces Available

• Priority will be given to Food, Full Season and Returning Vendors in good standing 
   

• Vendors are required to supply their own tables.

• Food vendors will require a permit from the Weymouth Health Department unless they meet a Farmers Market exemption.
   

• Food vendor selections will be notified via email no later than October 12th.

• Non-food vendor selections will be notified via email no later than October 17th.

• After October 12th, additional vendor applications will be reviewed and approved as space allows.
   

• Payments are due at time of Market Acceptance Confirmation and no later than two weeks prior to Market dates.
